Astoria World Manor was built in the 1980s based on the theme of Art Deco & The Great Gatsby. Because of its glamorous & authentic art deco interior features, this property has been on a few movies & TV shows, including "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. 

The existing interior space still looked beautiful, but some finishes, such as dusty carpets and old wallpapers, made the space look overly dated. Our client wanted to remove these dated elements and elevate his property into a new high-end ballroom complex with fresh materials and sofiscated details.

While we worked on this renovation project, we tried to preserve the existing Art Deco luxury, glamour, and beautiful ornate detailings while seamlessly blending the Contemporary Style with the existing Art Deco Style by incorporating new materials, clean lines, and bold and simple geometries.
