ARCHITECTURE  FIRM:

This new 27-story condo building will be located on bustling Nevins Street, downtown Brooklyn, which has a very rich character. This neighborhood comprises existing stores and cafes in the bohemian style, new luxurious shops and apartments in the modern style, and Fort Greene Park. The subtle mingling of old and new buildings and nature created a distinctive mix of textures and materials throughout this neighborhood.
The design concept was to extend this richness & diversity, and natural aesthetics to the amenities and residences by mixing organic materials and lush textures.
