A recently retired couple purchased this property and wanted to renovate this old house into an luxury modern style vacation home with a hint of 1920s glamor.

We wanted to combine elegance, sophistication, and comfort with sleek minimalism. We applied clean lines, neutral color palettes and materials that exude understated elegance. We used high-end materials, such as polished marble, rich hardwood, and lustrous metals, to enhances the tactile and visual appeal of modern luxury interior space. We incorporated Art Deco-style decorations, architectural details, and light fixtures that give off a charm of glamour and the lux in 1920s.
